Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean blackout blind from dust and dirt?

You can clean the blackout blind gently with a dry, soft cloth or a soft vacuum cleaner attachment. Avoid aggressive chemical detergents, solvents, and hot water, as they can damage the fabric. Use mild soap and water if necessary. Regular wiping with a dry cloth will prevent the buildup of dust and dirt.

Can I order a blind in a colour not available on the website?

At the moment, we do not offer custom bespoke colours. Our factory blinds are available strictly in the original manufacturer fabric options and sizes listed on each product page.

Can I easily install the blind myself?

Absolutely. The blinds come with dedicated mounting brackets designed specifically for your window. Installation takes under 10 minutes using just a screwdriver - no tape measure or fabric cutting needed.
