This warranty covers manufacturing, material, and design defects under normal use, provided the product has been installed and used according to the manual. It does not cover mechanical damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

How to make a claim: You do not need to keep a paper receipt – your order number is completely sufficient. If you experience an issue with your product, simply email us at shop@cortteo.com (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 CET). We verify all claims within 48 hours and will guide you through the fastest solution, whether it involves a spare part, repair, or full product replacement.
