Custom Made-to-Order Products & 14-Day Return Exclusion: All roof window blinds in our store are non-prefabricated goods custom-manufactured to your individual specifications selected in the configurator (model, fabric, window size code, and side rails). In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance sales contracts does not apply to personalized goods. Therefore, custom-configured orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items? Full 2-Year Warranty: The return exclusion does not limit your statutory rights. If your blind arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from your order, email us at shop@cortteo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We review claims within 48 hours and promptly arrange a replacement or spare parts. For more details, see our warranty page.
