All product names, trademarks, and registered brand names (such as Altaterra, Velux, Optilight, Fakro, Keylite, Dakstra, Dakea, Rooflite) mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational purposes to indicate the technical compatibility of our accessories with specific roof window models.
Order placement, sizing responsibility and colour representation
Orders can be placed 24/7 through the online store. A binding sales contract is concluded once the Customer completes payment and receives an automated order confirmation email. The Customer is responsible for selecting the correct window size code from their window data plate and providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. If you notice an error in your submitted order, notify us immediately at shop@cortteo.com prior to dispatch. Please note that minor colour variations between computer or mobile displays and the physical fabric may occur due to individual screen calibration settings and do not constitute a product defect.
Prices, taxation, B2B orders and payment methods
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices including applicable statutory VAT. A standard VAT invoice is issued for every completed order. For intra-Community B2B purchases (EU companies with a valid VIES VAT number requesting 0% VAT reverse charge), please contact us via email before placing an order. We accept secure electronic payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and local checkout options. Payment processing is secured by licensed payment gateways; the Store never accesses or stores payment card data.
Delivery terms and transit damage
Delivery is carried out to EU mainland destinations via trusted courier services (DPD or UPS) at a flat shipping rate of €19 gross per entire order. Standard production and delivery time is 8-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Customers receive a parcel tracking number by email once the shipment is dispatched.
Package inspection upon delivery: Customers are advised to inspect the parcel exterior upon courier delivery. If external packaging damage is visible, please request an official damage protocol from the courier driver, take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us promptly at shop@cortteo.com.
Returns and withdrawal policy
Custom-configured goods (Made to order): Roof window blinds offered in our store are manufactured and tailored to specific window model codes and fabric selections. Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, items configured to individual specifications are excluded from standard 14-day unconditional returns. If you wish to request a return, you must contact customer support at shop@cortteo.com prior to shipping any goods back. Returns are only accepted for brand-new, unused, and complete products in their undamaged, factory-sealed original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty, non-conformity and complaints
All products sold in the Store are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material non-conformity. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email shop@cortteo.com with your order number, a description of the fault, clear photographs of the defect, and a photograph of your roof window data plate. We will review your claim promptly and arrange a free replacement or appropriate resolution at our expense.
Data protection and privacy

Governing law and dispute resolution
Sales contracts concluded through the Store are governed by Polish law, without depriving Consumers of the mandatory legal protections afforded by the laws of their country of habitual residence.
